Rob Zombie is to direct the sequel to his own 2007 Halloween reimaging. Tyler Mane is also to return to take on the role of Michael Myers. I did enjoy director Rob Zombie’s foray into Michael Myers’ territory in “Halloween” — Zombie’s homage to the original John Carpenter classic.Zombie did a great job reinvigorating the franchise, that now, word is getting around that a sequel is being planned, and the rocker/director may be attached. If he does takes on the sequel, it would probably mean his grindhouse film Tyrannosaurus Rex will be postponed.
